Soccer Season Registrations
Before registering for any programs, please read the GCAA Refund Policy on the Frequently Asked Questions page.
In order to register for soccer you will need to create an account in our registration system. This account is based on an email address. If you do not have a valid email address, you must come to our walk-in registration day to register your child. If you registered for soccer for Spring 09 or any season after, your account is still valid and you should be able to login using your email address and password.
Once you create your account you will be able to add your child(ren) to your account. This system will then display the appropriate age division for your child. Our soccer programs are based on your child's birthdate relative to Aug 1st of the current soccer year. This can be a bit confusing, but don't worry... if you enter your child's proper birthdate the system WILL put your child in the proper league.
For all children who have participated in one of our Soccer programs since the Fall 2008 season, we have maintained secure copies of their birth certificates and will be able to verify proper names and birthdates. If your child has not played soccer since that season, we will require a COPY (that we can keep) of your child's birth certificate.
Please remember, all Rec soccer registrations must now be paid by Visa or Mastercard online or you may bring cash to our walk-in registrations. We no longer accept checks for registrations.
REMINDER: The GCAA can not exist without volunteers. We are ALWAYS searching for and in need of coaches, assistant coaches, and other volunteers. With more coaches we can limit team sizes which means the kids get more playing time. It does not matter if you have experience. We will help teach you to become a coach. The only way that your child can be guaranteed a spot on a team is if you volunteer to coach.
So if your child is placed on a WAITING LIST, that means we are waiting for more coaches to sign up. If you sign up to coach, you guarantee that your child gets to play this season along with several other kids in our community. Please help us and volunteer!
